Kid's Poster Contest Winners

There were over 200 entries from Sweetwater and Trent 4th and 5th grades in the Trent Mesa Wind Project Poster Contest. All the posters were very creative, and showed that kids in the region clearly understand the importance of the project. The artwork was judged by an impartial panel in Dallas. The two men and three women judges worked hours to decide the winners. 

"It was a very difficult task to decide which posters were the top entries," said one judge. "They were all very colorful, creative and different."

AEP, the sponsor of the contest, wants to thank the superintendent, principle and classroom teachers for making this contest a big hit. But most of all, AEP wants to thank all the kids who poured their hearts into creating all the beautiful posters. You are all winers!
